BIA After School Clubs

BIA is proud to be able to offer a number of on-campus, after-school club activities for our students!  Club offerings are based on the interest of BIA students and staff during the Fall (September – December) and Winter/Spring semesters (January – May).  Most of our clubs are facilitated by a BIA staff member, but some are offered through vetted outside vendors.

Registration for winter/spring clubs is now OPEN!  Please register your students today!  Most clubs start the week of September 5!

Fees for clubs facilitated by BIA faculty may be paid through MyPaymentsPlus.

Please see our latest club offerings.  If you are interested in joining a club outside of the regular registration period, please contact the club sponsor or Mr. Lovettelovett@biaschool.org.

To suggest future offerings or more information about our club program, please contact Eddie Lovett, AHOS – US, at elovett@biaschool.org.

All fall clubs meet beginning September 5 – Friday, December 15 as long as students report to school unless otherwise noted.  Most clubs dismiss at 4:30 unless otherwise noted.  Please follow standard car rider pick up for clubs – use the standard car pool route – enter on Autry, exit on Hunter – and announce using PikMyKid.  Please refrain from arriving for club pick up before 4:15pm – as to not interfere with 3:00 dismissal.  Please note club dismissal does proceed quickly — please be prompt in picking up your students – habitual tardiness may result in removal from club participation.

These tutorials are designed to be small group sessions led by BIA teachers using a vetted curriculum to bolster student mastery of necessary math and reading skills. Space for all tutorials is limited, so we ask that students attend sessions with fidelity. Students who do not attend tutorials on a regular basis may be withdrawn from the program. Depending on interest, we may have to limit the number of students we are able to serve. Tutoring slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If needed, we will create a waitlist and notify students as slots become available. As such, all tutorial registrations will be confirmed via email.

Registration will open on Jan. 17th.  So we may best serve the students, please use this form to request the tutorial sessions in which you would like to register your students. Please complete a registration for EACH student you would like to register.

All tutorial registration requests will be confirmed prior to the start of tutorials.
