Zennie W Lynch Jr. is a Senior Banker for Fifth Third Bank-Georgia. He manages a team of financial professionals that focus on the corporate banking needs of middle-market commercial clients (defined as companies with revenues between $20 million and $500-million), including lending, treasury management, and capital markets. Prior to joining Fifth Third Bank, Mr. Lynch was a Managing Director within the National Commercial Banking Group for Private Bancorp. His responsibilities there included new business development, client management, and further expansion of the bank’s commercial and industrial loan segment within the Southeast. Prior to joining Private Bancorp, Mr. Lynch was a Senior Banker and Client Manager for LaSalle Bank in Atlanta focused on larger middle market clients defined by revenue of $500 million and above. Mr. Lynch began his career in public accounting and spent several years as a Senior Auditor at both Deloitte & Touche in Chicago, IL and Crowe Chizek in Oakbrook, IL.

Mr. Lynch received a BS in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and went on from there to become a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Lynch also has an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He serves on several boards in the Atlanta area, is married, and the proud father of four.
