I have been teaching science at Marist School for the past sixteen years. I currently teach 9th grade advanced biology and 11th/12th grade environmental science. I was the head girls lacrosse coach for eight years and the assistant girls basketball coach for ten. I am one of the moderators for the environmental club and have held this position for the past fourteen years. I have lived in the Atlanta area most of my life attending Marist School for my middle and high school career and then leaving for four years to attend the University of Georgia where I studied biology and wildlife. In 2011, I earned my master’s degree in environmental science from Green Mountain College in Vermont. My husband and I have lived in the Chamblee area since we were married in 2008 and have two daughters – a five year old and an 18 month old.
